Chosen by people who are not sentimental about medals
There is a kind of athlete who does not particularly want a display about the journey. They want the record on the wall because it is the record, and they are already annoyed about two of the results on it.
This one is made only at 60 and 75 cm, which fits that group — competitive athletes and the coaches who buy for them arrive with more hardware than a hobby runner and no interest in a display they will outgrow in a year.
Made only at 60 and 75 cm, both in 3 mm steel. Coaches ordering for a squad member tend to take the 75.
These are the sizes available. If it is a present and you are guessing, guess upwards — a display that is slightly too big still looks right.
Size & capacity
| Size | Steel | 1 rail | 2 rails | 3 rails |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 60 x 11 cm | 3 mm | 21-30 | 38-55 | 55-75 |
| 75 x 11.5 cm | 3 mm | 31-45 | 55-80 | 75-110 |
Not sure which size?
This design starts at 60 cm. If the collection is small today but the athlete is competitive, that is still the right floor. This design is produced from 60 cm upwards — the cut-out detail doesn't hold at smaller widths.
The steel, and why it matters
Every medal display in the range is AISI 304 — the same grade used for kitchen surfaces and marine fittings — at 3 mm depending on width. It doesn't rust, doesn't chip, and doesn't need looking after.
The bar is continuous. That's the whole difference from a hook rack: hooks give you a fixed count, a rail gives you a length.
Installation
Supplied with everything needed except a drill: standoffs, fixings and a full-size paper template. The standoffs set it off the wall slightly, which is what makes the shadow underneath.
Once there is no space left
The proportions are drawn so that two units stacked or lined up look like one piece of furniture rather than an afterthought. The widest version holds up to 110 medals across three rails.
When it arrives
Each medal hanger is made to order in the EU and leaves within 3–5 working days. Fourteen days to change your mind once it is in your hands.
